In the latest episode of Alcohol by Volume, Josh and Dennis re-introduce the concept of the ABV podcast to their listeners. It’s been a while since we posted a new episode, but we’re hoping to make this more of regular show moving forward. We also discuss some of the recent brewery news with independent brewers selling out to huge, corporate conglomerates. It happens; it will continue to happen. There isn’t much we can do to prevent it, so we might as well get over it… but, we still want to talk about it. We also have some great tips for new homebrewers. If you received beer starter kits for Christmas and haven’t started them, listen to this episode for some awesome tips from Dennis!

Our hosts, Josh and Dennis, are avid homebrewers who wanted to take their interests to the podcast format. Dennis has been brewing for a few years already. Josh is really just getting started. Together, they make a great team: a rookie and a veteran with questions and answers that will have you listening each week.

As we move forward with the podcast, we’ll step into recipes, interviews, Q&A from our listeners, etc. We want your feedback. Sure, we’re doing this show because we love it, but we’re also doing it for you. If we mess up, we expect you to tell us. If you want us to answer a question, ask it. Feel free to leave a comment, and we’ll get back to you.

Episode 7 – Beer Starter Kits and A New Introduction Show Notes

All of our podcasts include show notes. If we reference something in the show that you need to know, we’ll put a link here. The notes may include stories we reference, definitions we think you should know, companies we like, or other cool stuff.
